About Magdalene Holtam, PhD
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California (PSY 23823) with 20 years of experience providing evidence-based therapy for OCD, anxiety disorders, and trauma in adults.
Most of the clients that I work with are struggling with OCD or anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and social anxiety. If you feel stuck in cycles of worry, fear, or obsessive thoughts, you are not alone — and effective treatment is available.
My approach is structured, collaborative, and grounded in research-supported treatments tailored to your individual needs. Therapy focuses on helping you face your fears, challenge negative thought patterns, and break free from the cycles that keep anxiety and OCD in place. The goal is not just short-term relief, but meaningful, lasting change so you can reclaim your life.
In addition to my clinical practice, I also offer consultation to professionals seeking training in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders.
Within my practice, I am committed to delivering services that are culturally sensitive to all individuals, including people of color, immigrants, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
